When the motley crew of the Grace Brothers department store prepare for a sale of German goods and then depart for a staff holiday in Spain, they survive their stay in the tropics at a one-star establishment and their encounters with everything from a Spanish crumpet to randy revolutionaries with everything intact but their modesty.
Based on the popular television series from the BBC and seen on PBS “Are You Being Served?” The play is written by Jeremy Lloyd and David Croft the same geniuses that wrote the entire hit BBC series.

Members of Seneca Community Players will be performing a night of LOVE STORIES – songs of love – new & old, lost & found, unobtainable and a little bit crazy, during their Candlelight Cabaret on August 17 & 18. Showcasing the talents of seasoned performers from the Finger Lakes area. The cast includes from Seneca Falls – Chris Boulter, Zachary Cornett, Damon Fletcher, Wendy Fletcher and Katie Hockey; from Auburn – Samantha Hockey; from Geneva – Stuart Sewell; and from Romulus – Madison Yearsley. The Musical Director is Annie Bachman, and Artistic Director is Deb Bly.
Candlelight Cabaret will be held at Nonni’s, 55 Fall Street in Seneca Falls, with cafe seating beginning at 7pm and the show starting at 7:30.
Tickets are $15. Pre-paid reservations are required as seating is limited. The Cabaret will include a cash bar and hearty Hors D’Oeuvres for purchase.
